We are seeking a
Senior UX Designer
to join a growing team focused on delivering intuitive, high-quality user experiences across complex enterprise platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in
both design and research , and enjoys owning the full user experience lifecycle—from discovery through validation.

What You’ll Be Doing End-to-End UX Ownership
Lead the design of user experiences from
concept through delivery and validation
Conduct
user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions
(e.g., focus groups)
Translate business needs into intuitive, user-centered designs
Continuously test and refine solutions to ensure optimal user experience
Design & Execution
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using
Figma
and related tools
Develop user journeys, flows, and interaction models for complex systems
Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to bring designs to life
Ensure consistency and usability across enterprise applications
Design for
complex, data-heavy systems
with a focus on clarity and efficiency
Improve user experiences across platforms supporting
finance, customer operations, and HR
Navigate and enhance experiences within structured platforms (including CRM systems such as Salesforce)
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs
Facilitate design discussions and align teams around user experience strategy
Balance business requirements with user needs to deliver practical, scalable solutions
What We’re Looking For Required Experience
5–8+ years of experience in
UX design , with a strong portfolio of enterprise work
Proven ability to own both
UX design and user research
Experience designing for
complex enterprise systems or workflows
Proficiency with design tools such as
Figma
(and tools like Lucid for mapping/flows)
Strong understanding of
user-centered design principles and usability best practices
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
Ability to translate complex requirements into clean, intuitive experiences
Preferred Experience
Experience designing within or around
Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Background in domains such as
finance, customer operations, or HR systems
Experience working in large, enterprise-scale environments
Hybrid role based in the
Atlanta area
Collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong stakeholder engagement
