What You'll Be Doing
Own and manage end-to-end documentation workflows with minimal oversight
Update and maintain Instructions for Use (IFUs) and legacy product documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
Develop, edit, and refine technical content for diverse audiences
Lead documentation review cycles, approvals, and publishing timelines
Translate complex technical data into clear, concise user-facing materials
Create supporting visuals such as screenshots and illustrations
Ensure all content aligns with quality and documentation standards

Job Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience
Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) for 6 years
Strong interest in the medical domain for 6 years
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint for 6 years
Experience with image editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for 6 years
Experience with authoring tools (XML editors, FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat) for 6 years
Created high-quality documentation in U.S. English for a global audience for 6 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with DITA
Experience with medical device documentation
Familiarity with FrameMaker or legacy CMS systems
Experience with DITA-based CMS (primary)
Experience with legacy CMS (occasionally)
Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality
Proven ability to collaborate with local and global teams
Knowledge of authoring, globalization, and localization best practices
Understanding of DITA, CMS, and technical documentation formats (including multimedia)
Experience developing multimedia content
Experience working in regulated environments
