Location : Concord, NH (possible visits to other offices)
Shift : M-F 9 AM - 5 PM (Some Flex)

Position Summary: Insight Global's client is seeking a full-time Intake Specialist to join their team in the Concord, NH office. Intake Specialists are often the first point of contact with our firm, who works in a fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative environment and conducts interviews with potential new clients. The intake team is an integral part of a thriving firm and works closely with a variety of practice areas.
Must Haves: 1-3 years of experience working in a white collar environment. Call center preferred. Strong experience fielding inbound calls/emails in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience working with clients via phone and onsite. Microsoft Office Suite and strong ability to learn a new database. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Plusses: Law firm experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Day to Day: Conducting phone, email/text, and occasional in-person interviews with potential new clients to understand their story, and document accurately the details of the potential matter. Managing dozens of potential client files through a defined workflow, from initial contact through to potential retention or decline. Following up as necessary. Understand the different information needs of several practice areas and accurately record information received from potential new clients in the firm database. Collaboratively working with the intake team to ensure the best client/potential client experience. Assuring client confidentiality.
