Key Responsibilities
Conduct and resolve highly sensitive, confidential investigations with equitable resolutions.
Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate on labor contract interpretation, administration, and negotiation; prepare for union grievance meetings and negotiations.
Assist in developing and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans, ensuring compliance with institutional standards.
Promote the Employee Assistance Program and support return‑to‑work initiatives.
Interpret and answer policy questions, review HR policies, the employee handbook, and union contracts; design and deliver training on employee relations topics such as workplace harassment, violence, and labor laws.

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum Experience
4+ years in an employee relations or similar role.
Experience researching complex HR issues and implementing actions.
Experience supporting audits, surveys, and complex reporting and analysis; Experience with Workday preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Proven performance in previous role.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification
SHRM‑CP, PHR, or Employee Relations Investigations Certification preferred.
Compensation Estimated salary range: $70,720 - $126,880 per year.
