The Role An experienced leasing consultant will manage daily operations of the leasing team at an apartment community, ensuring a luxury living experience for residents. Key responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service and creating a sense of community.
Using sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance through creative campaigns, outreach, and social media.
Following up with prospective residents with tailored updates and recommendations.
Customizing tours to individual tastes and recommending suitable floor plans.
Ensuring weekend availability, specifically on Saturdays.
Desired qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years of leasing or customer‑service experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with property‑management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of fair‑housing laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
