About the Team We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full‑time and part‑time roles to conduct a successful multi‑million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.
Job Description The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments and other sale day activities.
Responsibilities
Organize all keys, filing documents by our internal coding system and then by lot number once we go to lot. Upload documents to the web each sale.
Communicate actively with many different departments, teams and customers who sign up equipment when needing documents such as LOLC’s, purge documents, etc.
Process payments from successful bidders.
Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
Ensure that superior customer service is always delivered to all customers.
Actively support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and the safety of your team, co‑workers and customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous work experience where you worked in‑person with customers.
Experience using computers and ability to learn new technology and software.
Commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
Ability to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high‑pressure situations.
Enjoy working as part of a team, pitching in wherever needed.
