Position Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Gaming Sales Engineer to join our Sales Engineering team. The successful candidate will work with customers to create and present Agilysys F&B solutions that translate software features into business benefits, solve customer needs, and maximize value for the customer. A familiarity with InfoGenesis POS is required. The Gaming Sales Engineer will help drive our mission of delivering top‑notch F&B solutions that address our customers' needs and contribute to our growth and success as a company.

Your Duties Will Include

Product Demonstrations & Presentations

Pre‑Sales Support (Requirements Gathering, Solution Definition & RFP Responses)

Company Promotion (Trade Shows & Conferences)

Define the functional and technical solutions for customers in collaboration with Product Owners, including RFI/RFP technical solutions. These solutions will cover the full range of F&B solutions.

Develop requirements documentation that clearly reflects Gaming customer needs.

Maintain sales demo environment

Requirements For Success

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience

3–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or related customer‑facing experience

Expert knowledge of Agilysys’ F&B Products including InfoGenesis, IG Flex, OnDemand, and KDS

Deep industry knowledge in the Casino space

Strong understanding of enterprise software principles (API, relational databases, networking, services).

Road Warrior: Over 50% travel

Secures input from all necessary stakeholders as necessary, to ensure appropriate solution is provided

Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customer’s business requirements.

Opportunistically pursue and collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced

Solid understanding of hospitality business best practices.
