Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our INFRA practice with a specific focus on serving Public Sector Services (PSS) clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on high‑impact projects that address critical infrastructure challenges, improve operational efficiency, and deliver value to public sector stakeholders.
How You Will Contribute
Client Support: Assist in advising clients on strategic and operational aspects of infrastructure, including portfolio optimization, workspace strategy, facilities management, and lifecycle management of capital assets and fleet.
Project Delivery: Support project teams in delivering high‑quality work, including data analysis, research, and preparation of client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and recommendations.
Engagement Contribution: Manage assigned tasks, track progress, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
Technology Integration: Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to support project delivery and enhance client outcomes.
Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop actionable insights for clients.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with team members to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support resource management, pipeline tracking, invoicing, and other project‑level administrative tasks.
Skills and Competencies
Public Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with PSS agency operations, procurement processes, and regulatory environments.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; project management tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex ideas clearly.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating across functions.
Problem Solving: Innovative thinking for practical solutions.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in deliverables.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Construction, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or Business. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Experience:
2–5 years in construction, construction management, capital projects, corporate real estate, management consulting, or workplace consulting. Experience supporting capital project delivery, lifecycle management, and familiarity with Design‑Build, CMAR, and P3 delivery methods preferred.
Active security clearance or ability to obtain one required.
