Job Details & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Personal Lines team, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and retention.
Drive new business development and growth strategies for personal lines products.
Review and analyze insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals for accuracy and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor team metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure regulatory adherence.
Collaborate with leadership on department goals and strategic initiatives.
Handle escalations and complex client needs with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in personal lines insurance management or senior‑level handling.
Strong knowledge of personal lines products (auto, home, umbrella, etc.).
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Licensed insurance producer (Property & Casualty) or ability to obtain licensing in Utah.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Salary $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
