
Assistant Property Manager

Overview
At CubeSmart Self‑Storage, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining a self‑storage property, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the facility meets company standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships, identify storage needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Interact face‑to‑face with customers, build rapport, and deliver exceptional service.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Perform lock checks, show units, and manage the leasing process.
Accept payments via POS, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
Walk the property daily, perform lock checks, and conduct routine inspections.
Maintain the facility: mop, sweep, change bulbs, clean units, and perform light maintenance tasks.
Ensure the facility meets cleanliness and safety guidelines (clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fencing, walls, doors).

A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work Saturdays and potentially Sundays.
Valid driver’s license and insurance, with reliable transportation during the workday.
Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder frequently.
