Appraiser, Senior-Revenue-Tax-Statewide

Responsibilities
Appraise industrial real estate and personal property to establish countywide estimates of value.
Establish final fair market value estimates on all appraisals.
Assist and monitor County Assessors in administrative duties related to property valuation.
Perform related work as necessary.
Travel within the area of assignment, including potential overnight travel.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
OR substitute: Additional experience may substitute for the required training at a rate of one year of experience for every thirty semester hours.
Four (4) years of full‑time or equivalent part‑time paid experience as an appraiser or involving hands‑on involvement in the valuation of assets.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within the state.
Location and Compensation Statewide. Preference may be given to applicants residing in the Morgantown or Martinsburg areas.
PG: 17 $45,657 – $80,045
Market Rate: $71,144
