Responsibilities

Serve as the central resource for workplace-related concerns and employee matters across the organization.

Evaluate and authorize corrective actions, ensuring decisions are fair, consistent, and aligned with internal standards.

Oversee separation cases initiated by the organization, confirming appropriate handling and participating in related discussions when required.

Guide leadership on the practical application of internal guidelines and expectations, helping navigate workplace situations while meeting regulatory and organizational requirements.

Support leaders in strengthening team management capabilities, including communication, accountability, and performance oversight.

Handle workplace concerns by reviewing, following up, and examining situations as appropriate to reach balanced outcomes.

Facilitate off boarding discussions and compile periodic insights on workforce trends and patterns.

Share observations with relevant stakeholders to highlight recurring themes and potential areas for improvement.

Maintain organized records of workplace concerns, actions taken, and related documentation.

Coordinate with internal specialist groups such as legal, rewards, hiring, payroll, and learning teams when necessary.

Promote adherence to applicable labor and employment standards across all jurisdictions in scope.

Draft clear and professional documentation to support decisions, communications, and record keeping.

Contribute to the design and rollout of initiatives, guidelines, and processes that support a positive and compliant work environment.

Take part in internal reviews and assessments related to people practices and regulatory expectations.
