A well-established national commercial general contractor with a strong presence in the Metro Atlanta market is seeking an experienced

Lead Superintendent

to oversee ground-up tilt-wall construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M.

This individual will serve as the on-site leader responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring schedule adherence, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The Lead Superintendent will play a critical role in delivering successful industrial and commercial projects throughout the Atlanta area.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through final completion

Manage tilt-wall construction sequencing, including slab-on-grade, structural steel, and building envelope installation

Develop, maintain, and enforce detailed project schedules

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards

Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain detailed field reports

Oversee quality control to ensure work meets plans, specifications, and local building codes

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers, and Inspectors

Manage inspections, punch lists, and project close-out procedures

Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally on-site

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial or industrial projects

Proven experience leading tilt-wall construction projects ($5M–$30M preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management

Ability to lead teams and drive accountability in the field

Experience with construction management software and technology platforms

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Stable work history with reputable commercial general contractors

Base Salary: $124,000 – $130,000 annually

45-hour weekly structure

Overtime paid at time-and-a-half for hours worked beyond 45 per week
