JOB SUMMARY:

The CSR I will work independently and be responsible for the day-to-day administrative building main phones. Assist clients, visitors and community members in need of assistance. Assist co-workers with meeting space requests. Coordinate and interact with a wide variety of organizations to include the Tribal Community, Tribal entity, management, government officials, and other Native American Tribes on a variety of issues and in a variety of circumstances.

COMPENSATION:

$17.09 hr.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred

MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE

Six (6) months of experience working in an office environment preferred

Six (6) months of experience maintaining confidentiality preferred

Six (6) months of experience managing a multiple phone line preferred

Six (6) months of experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs preferred

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITE

CPR/First Aid Certificate. *Will allow ninety (90) days to obtain.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

This is Regular Full-Time position.
