As a Call Center Representative, you will provide ongoing support to our current team of Verizon Sales Consultants. Ideal candidates will be creative, analytical, and eager to build on existing foundations while improving procedures and productivity. Follow up on distributed leads Generate store traffic and contribute to California market success Handle customer inquiries by phone and text Support sales force by generating sales leads Follow communication scripts for various topics Research required information using available resources Provide customers with product and service information Accept feedback to improve productivity and character What We Are Looking For
Attention to Detail: Thorough, detailed work method Oral Communication: Express ideas effectively Planning and Organizing: Prioritize actions, time, and resources Problem Solving: Identify problems and find effective solutions Written Communication: Clear, well‑structured reports and documents Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment, routinely using standard equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. You must be able to sit for long periods. Essentials
