We're searching for a Real Estate Paralegal who can assist with residential closings from start to finish—embracing every exciting challenge along the way. If you are a detail-oriented professional who enjoys the rhythm of residential closings, we want to connect with you.
What You’ll Do:
Manage residential real estate files from pre-closing to post-closing.
Order, review, and clear title searches with high precision.
Prepare title commitments, final policies, and closing packages.
Coordinate disbursements and ensure all deadlines are met.
Collaborate with lenders, brokers, and clients to ensure a smooth closing experience.
What You Bring to the Table as a Real Estate Paralegal:
At least 1 year of consistent residential real estate law experience
Proficiency in Qualia is a plus.
A talent for staying organized in a fast-paced environment
Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred (but experience and drive are highly valued)
