Compensation Package
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
Manage a generalist book of mid to large commercial accounts.
Handle all aspects of account servicing, with a primary focus on renewals.
Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Collaborate with the Commercial Team Lead and other team members to meet client needs.
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a problem solver for client inquiries.
Maintain a detailed and organized workflow to ensure timely and efficient account management.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Proven experience in managing mid to large commercial accounts, with a strong emphasis on renewals.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is required.
Soft Skills:
