Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, Needham, MA and Edison, NJ.
Responsibilities
Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of architectural construction documents across all project phases
Drive multidisciplinary coordination with internal and external teams, including structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants
Ensure technical quality through rigorous document review, constructability analysis, and coordination oversight
Support and contribute to QA/QC standards and continuous improvement of documentation processes
Leverage BIM tools (Revit and related platforms) to support model-based coordination, documentation, and interdisciplinary integration
Participate in BIM/VDC workflows, including model coordination, clash detection, and integration with internal engineering teams
Support continuous improvement of digital delivery standards, including model quality, organization, and coordination practices
Participate in construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and field coordination, ensuring alignment between design intent and execution
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
Adapt to a variety of project types, scales, and delivery methods within a dynamic workload environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
6–10 years of experience in architectural documentation and coordination
Professional architectural licensure preferred (or actively pursuing licensure)
Advanced proficiency in Revit required, with experience supporting BIM-based coordination and documentation workflows
Familiarity with BIM/VDC processes, including model coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration, strongly preferred
Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and consultant coordination
Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical efforts within a collaborative team environment

Compensation: Minimum: $85,000; Maximum: $105,000. The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidate’s qualifications and location.
