Position Profile The Graphic Design/Marketing Intern will collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and the Brand Design Specialist to enhance brand awareness and contribute to business development efforts. This role supports internal projects and global initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Draft and edit compelling content for social media, newsletters, and advertising

Support the Marketing & Communications department with projects and objectives

Design trade‑show assets and miscellaneous marketing collateral

Produce internal and external graphic design and video content

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

Actively working toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Management, or Business

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Proficient in the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and editing skills

Understanding of social media platforms

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Prior experience in an office setting

Ability to function professionally in a fast‑paced environment

Experience with Photography and/or Videography

Requires U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

Experience working in an ITAR environment

Travel
