What You’ll Do Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance needs Support the sales team with outbound calls, follow‑ups, and lead generation Assist with quoting policies and presenting coverage options Provide excellent customer service and help maintain client relationships Learn the fundamentals of insurance products, sales strategies, and agency operations What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude Self‑motivated and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment Interest in sales, business, or financial services Ability to work 20‑30 hours per week Reliable, detail‑oriented, and coachable Requirements Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses upon hire (we’ll guide you through the process) Previous sales, customer service, or internship experience is a plus, but not required Compensation $15.00 - $40.00 per hour Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member
