Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Process insurance payments and follow-ups. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Make changes and updates to auto and fire insurance policies. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Great attention to detail. Coachable and able to adapt well to changes. High empathy personality with a positive attitude. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
