Job Overview
As a Parts Counter Advisor at Baxter, you will work with guests in person, by phone or by computer to locate and sell appropriate automotive parts, manage inventory, and deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Work with guests in person, by phone or by computer to locate and sell the appropriate automotive parts based on their specific needs.
Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
Stay up‑to‑date on any and all current specials to assist guests in obtaining the best possible value for their purchases.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
Customer service experience preferred.

Competitive Pay: $48,000 - $52,000/year salary (based on experience).
