About the Role
We are currently seeking a
Mobile Phlebotomist
to join a fast‑growing startup. The FT shift is Mon‑Fri, 5am‑2pm.
Above all, we look for candidates who are friendly, empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely care about patients.
Key Responsibilities
Visit patients at home or office, travel to appointments in your own vehicle.
Process specimens with a portable centrifuge and drop samples at patient service centers or laboratories.
Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and specimen processing.
Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.
Adapt to a rapid, high‑growth environment.
Qualifications
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, preferably mobile.
Experience processing samples.
Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
Proven track record in exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
Proof of first COVID‑19 vaccine dose within 30 days of employment.
Bonus: fluency in Spanish.
