Leasing Consultant Olen is seeking a skilled and motivated, full‑time Leasing Consultant for our multi‑family apartment community in Las Vegas, NV: Shelter Cove.

We are looking for a motivated self‑starter with 2‑3 years of leasing experience in the residential property management field. Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for performing all the duties associated with the leasing of vacant units on the property to help ensure a high occupancy rate and assisting in the customer service and retention of current residents. This position requires an individual with good organizational skills, who can prioritize multiple tasks and enjoys working with people in an energetic atmosphere.

Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities

Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and property amenities.

Utilize resident, prospect and revenue management software systems for leasing activity such as inquiries, appointments, prospect follow‑up, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals.

Maintain closing ratio based upon the needs of the community.

Process rental applications in a timely fashion for review and final approval of the Property Manager.

Follow through and assume accountability for overall move‑in program.

Assist in initiating and closing out service requests.

Conduct market surveys of comparable properties.

Assist with outreach marketing program.

Help plan, schedule, organize and participate in resident functions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.

Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.

Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.

Experience working with property management software is a plus and willingness and capability to learn new software.

Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.

Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.

Able to work weekends.

Job Type: Full‑time, in office (no hybrid working)

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus bonus
