We are seeking summer interns to join our growing team! As a Summer Intern, you will support the day‑to‑day operations of a real estate leasing office while gaining hands‑on experience in property management and leasing.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries from potential tenants, provide information about available properties, schedule property viewings, and assist with the application process.
Administrative Tasks: Draft and distribute leasing documents such as rental agreements and lease addendums, and organize and maintain records related to tenant applications, leases, and property maintenance.
Learning Opportunities: Shadow leasing agents, attend training sessions, and participate in meetings to gain a better understanding of the real estate industry and the leasing process.
Overall, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of property management and leasing, while also contributing to the day‑to‑day operations of a real estate leasing office.
