experienced Roofing Sales Consultant
to run
in-home sales appointments
in the
Indianapolis area . This is a
sales-only position . You meet homeowners, present roofing solutions, and close deals. Our team handles production, scheduling, insurance processing, and back‑office support -- so you can stay focused on selling. This role is built for
closers , not beginners.
What You’ll Do
Run in-home and on-site roofing sales appointments
Sell residential and light commercial roofing projects
Present proposals and close contracts
Work an assigned territory within ~1 hour of your home base
Follow up on leads and active opportunities
Compensation & Perks
Commission-only (training pay during onboarding)

$250K+ earning potential for top reps

What We’re Looking For
1+ year experience preferred but not required
Confident closer with strong communication skills
Self‑motivated and accountable
Valid driver’s license
