Job Description New Product Introduction (NPI) is Honeywell’s organizational link between Integrated Supply Chain and the product development functions of Engineering, Program Management, and the Strategic Business Units. AME participates in the execution of new product development programs to ensure product cost, capability, and producibility targets are achieved. Specifically, this involves evaluations of the design, the supply base, the product cost, the manufacturing factory, the manufacturing process capability, and the manufacturing yield of an end item product. As an ISC Analytics Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving data‑driven insights and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision‑making within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. A primary role for this position is to support the Tempe growth project to enable production of legacy products as well as the new products in the new factory of the future. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address business challenges and develop analytical solutions, as well as with contractors to design and build the new facilities. With your strong data analytics skills and expertise, you will develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive continuous improvement of production flow in the new factory. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy. In this role, your work will improve decision making in the business, optimize processes, increase cost savings, and improve customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering for NPI and will work out of our Tempe, AZ location.

Responsibilities

Support layout of new factory including product flow analysis

Create and update capacity models to optimize production flow

Provide insight to factory design including creating a world class factory of the future to support a positive environment for the manufacturing teams

Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks through data analysis

Support a comprehensive data strategy for the Integrated Supply Chain organization, including data collection, storage, and maintenance, to facilitate data‑driven decision‑making.

Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from supply‑chain data, providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.

Collaborate with various teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and finance, to align supply‑chain analytics with overall business goals and strategies.

Identify and implement advanced analytics tools and technologies to support data visualization and reporting

Analyze and optimize supply‑chain processes to identify areas for automation and efficiency gains

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE

Previous experience with facility design and construction

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Experience with tools such as AutoCAD and PlantSim

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Expertise in managing construction projects and schedule

Proven track record of driving data‑driven decision‑making and delivering measurable business results.

Experience in supply‑chain analytics or related field.

Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling).
