Job Description Quick Lube Automotive Technician
– an entry-level, hourly position focused on performing basic maintenance on customer vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, balancing, battery testing, and routine inspections. Requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a proficiency with multi-point inspection forms.
Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery testing.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
Use the multi-point inspection form accurately for each vehicle.
Apply product and technical training provided by manufacturer and management.
Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better.
Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs, and schools.
Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and practices.
Qualifications
Automotive technical school certifications preferred.
Prior experience preferred.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license.
Basic tools possession.
Pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
