After‑School Youth Sports Coach (Golf, Tennis & Pickleball) Part‑Time | Seasonal | Twin Cities suburbs
Pay: $18-$25/hour
Spring Bonus: Up to $250
TGA Premier Sports is hiring coaches to lead after‑school golf, tennis, and pickleball classes for kids across the Twin Cities area. We’re looking for reliable, energetic people who can coach 2‑3 of these sports and want a fun, active part‑time role during the week.
Most classes run Monday through Thursday between 2pm and 5pm, so this is a great fit for retirees, college students, teachers, paraprofessionals, or anyone with a flexible afternoon schedule.
Spring Bonus: Coaches who commit to at least 4 classes per week and stay in good standing may qualify for up to a $250 Spring Bonus:
$100 quick‑start bonus after 4 weeks
$150 completion bonus at the end of spring
No prior coaching experience is required. We provide the curriculum, equipment, and training. If you enjoy working with kids, staying active, and creating a fun environment, we’ll help with the rest.
What you’ll do
Coach after‑school golf, tennis, and pickleball classes for kids in grades K‑8
Lead fun, organized, and safe classes using TGA curriculum
Set up and break down equipment at school sites
Keep kids engaged while building confidence, sportsmanship, and basic skills
Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and the TGA team
What we’re looking for
Ability to coach at least 2 of the following sports: golf, tennis, pickleball
Reliable, on‑time, and able to bring energy to each class
Comfortable leading groups of kids in a positive and structured way
Available to coach at least 4 classes per week during the spring season
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
