Senior Marketing Project Manager
to step into a fast-paced client and own the flow of work across teams. This role is responsible for keeping projects on track, teams aligned, and capacity balanced in an environment where priorities move quickly and deadlines are tight.
The Role
Own traffic, timelines, and resourcing across creative, campaign, and digital work
Manage capacity planning and anticipate needs before they become issues
Partner closely with creative, digital, and account teams to keep work moving
Ensure projects stay on time and on budget
Maintain and enforce project management processes and systems
Hold teams accountable and proactively remove blockers
Required Background
5+ years of project management experience in a creative or marketing agency
Experience managing high-volume, fast-moving workstreams
Proven ownership of traffic and capacity planning
Compensation:
$90,000 - $100,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
