Sr Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate technical, system, and process improvements.
Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline sales and customer-facing activity.
Responsible for making sure that all departments come together in a timely manner to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
Schedule tasks and coordinate with various team members to accomplish the results.
Assess the project at hand and navigate the project effectively based on the layers of complexity.
Initiate project request in the CRM application.
Navigate the AS400 to find information for patterns, problems, the order or the job number.
Frequently communicate internal processes and terminology to sales team to ensure proper understanding of internal processing.
Work with manufacturing to achieve specified designs in production.
Design custom carpet across all Platforms to achieve the customer’s requirements.
Responsible for reviewing/critiquing an order prior to order entry and verifying order accuracy.
Review any problems with the appropriate person/department and drive change with personnel and management.
Coordinate existing and new hospitality accounts by assisting with the completion of hospitality estimate/contract packages, ongoing support of sales associates, and preparation of project proposals.
Perform high quality analysis reliably and consistently.
Find ways to assess and apply innovative ideas to enhance business results.
Successfully lead after‑action reviews to identify, document, and share lessons learned.
Establish and maintain positive business relationships internally and externally to promote business goals.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
4‑6 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
Customer service experience required.
Skills
Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
