We’re looking for a strategic and inspiring Facebook Campaign Head to lead our Facebook-based collaboration efforts. This role involves managing the performance of collaborators, reviewing their content, providing feedback, and motivating them to create impactful campaigns that align with our brand’s mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning and execution of Facebook campaigns in collaboration with our network of contributors.
Monitor and evaluate collaborator posts (including feed posts, stories, reels, and group activity) to ensure quality, engagement, and brand alignment.
Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to collaborators to improve content quality and effectiveness.
Motivate collaborators by celebrating strong performance, sharing campaign updates, and keeping them aligned with current goals and strategies.
Track post engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, reach, and conversions) and generate performance insights.
Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to ensure all campaigns are integrated with broader outreach strategies.
Continuously refine content direction, outreach tone, and campaign objectives based on performance data and platform trends.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing Facebook campaigns or working with content creators and marketing teams.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Facebook’s content tools, insights, and engagement strategies.
Organized and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple collaborators and performance dashboards.
Supportive, motivational, and skilled at delivering actionable feedback.
Background in education, marketing, or social media strategy is a plus.
