This role is responsible for driving Wine Club member acquisition, retention and engagement while optimizing the winery’s e-commerce experience to increase revenue and customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities Wine Club Strategy and Operations
Oversee all aspects of Wine Club operations, delivering exceptional member experience
Develop and execute strategies to increase acquisition, retention and lifetime value
Partner with DTC Management team on short- and long-term growth initiatives
Develop outbound sale campaigns (including phone outreach) to optimize club performance and conversion
E-Commerce and Digital Experience
Oversee and optimize the winery’s e-commerce platform to drive conversion, AOV and revenue growth
Manage ongoing website maintenance, ensuring a seamless user-friendly, and on‑brand experience
Ensure full compliance with DTC shipping regulations, leveraging ShipCompliant
Content Creation
Develop and manage engaging email marketing campaigns that support wine club, e-commerce and event goals
Ensure brand consistency and elevated storytelling
Support seasonal campaigns, product launches and club communication with compelling content
Data Management and Analytics
Manage and optimize systems including Commerce7 to track performance and customer behaviors
Analyze and report on insights, adjust strategies to improve results
Leverage data to inform campaigns, segmentation and overall business performance
Leadership, Team Development and Collaboration
Set performance expectations, providing coaching to promote professional growth
Cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture, recognizing achievements
Partner with tasting room team to drive Wine Club sign‑ups and engagement
Ensure alignment between in‑person and digital guest experiences
Support staff training and incentive program to promote club growth
Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of experience managing Wine Clubs, e‑commerce or subscription programs in wine, hospitality or related industries
Proven success in driving customer retention, online sales and revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management experience
Hands‑on experience with Commerce7
Strong content creation and digital marketing experience
Excellent communication and organization are a must
Passionate, team player, with a can‑do attitude
Additional Requirements:
Responsible Beverage Certification (or ability to obtain)
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Commerce7 and Ship Compliant a plus
Availability to work occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
This is an onsite position with the need for the occasional weekend and evening

Base Salary: $75,000 – $80,000, based on experience
Highly competitive bonus available based on performance‑based metrics
