SBCS Cleaning Solutions provides professional commercial cleaning services for residential communities, offices, and commercial properties across South Florida.

We work directly with property managers, condominium associations, and businesses to maintain clean, safe, and professional environments.

About the Role We are looking for a

Sales Business Development Manager

to help grow our client base in South Florida.

This role is focused on identifying and securing new contracts with:

property managers

condominium associations

commercial property owners

businesses and office spaces

You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing service agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential clients

Build relationships with property managers and decision-makers

Present cleaning service proposals

Close new commercial cleaning contracts

Maintain a pipeline of prospects

Compensation This is a commission-based position (no base salary).

Compensation is directly tied to performance and contracts secured.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who is confident in their ability to generate and close business.

What We’re Looking For

Bilingual (English / Spanish preferred)

Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self‑motivated and results‑driven

Ability to work independently and generate leads
