Responsibilities

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with architectural firms, developers, and key industry stakeholders.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within target markets.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform growth strategies in the A/E/C sector.

Track and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, and teaming opportunities through procurement platforms.

Collaborate with leadership to assess project viability and support go/no-go decision-making.

Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and trade associations to expand visibility and network reach.

Partner with internal teams to execute strategic outreach initiatives and reinforce market positioning.

Manage and document business development activities using CRM tools such as HubSpot.

Lead regular pipeline reviews with leadership to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
