Fountain Court Senior Living, located in Maple Valley, Washington is currently seeking an experienced, hands‑on
Maintenance Director
to lead maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry services in our senior living community. This key role ensures our building, systems, and grounds stay safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and staff.
What You’ll Do
Perform and oversee repairs & preventive maintenance
Manage building systems (HVAC, generators, alarms, sprinklers, etc.)
Lead and train housekeeping & laundry staff
Conduct monthly fire/emergency drills
Complete work orders and inspections using TELS
Support emergencies and be on‑call as needed
What We’re Looking For
2+ years maintenance/housekeeping/laundry experience
Strong leadership & communication skills
Ability to perform basic repairs and use tools/equipment safely
Organized, dependable, and customer-service focused
Able to meet physical requirements (lifting, walking, ladders)
CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire; TB test & background check required
