Ben Bridge Jeweler's corporate office in Seattle is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team. Job Summary: The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring high-quality Rolex and luxury timepieces in support of the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program. This role combines market expertise, supplier relationship management, and process discipline to ensure consistent access to premium inventory while maintaining brand standards, compliance, and operational excellence. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Sourcing & Supplier Management Source premium Rolex and luxury timepieces by developing and maintaining a trusted network of dealers, collectors, and secondary-market partners while monitoring global market trends and availability. Represent the company at industry events, auctions, and trade gatherings to expand sourcing opportunities and supplier relationships. Procurement Execution Evaluate authenticity, condition, provenance, and value of timepieces prior to acquisition, partnering with internal experts as needed. Negotiate pricing and terms and manage all acquisition documentation in alignment with company controls and margin objectives. Inventory & Market Analysis Analyze demand, resale performance, and competitive pricing to guide acquisition strategy and inventory mix. Provide ongoing reporting and collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement priorities with business objectives. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure all acquired timepieces meet internal standards for authenticity, condition, documentation, and ethical sourcing. Support intake, inspection, servicing, certification, and cataloging processes in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Process Development & Documentation Acquisition Process Design -
Develop, document, and maintain standardized procedures for sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring Rolex timepieces, including supplier vetting, negotiation standards, and approval workflows to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency. Trade-In Program Development -
Design and document end-to-end trade-in workflows, including intake, valuation, authentication, pricing methodology, and quality controls, ensuring a customer-centric, compliant, and scalable program. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement improvements to acquisition and trade-in processes through documentation updates, automation, and cross-functional coordination; provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders as processes evolve. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree. 5+ years of experience in procurement, luxury goods sourcing, watch trading, or a related field. Demonstrated experience negotiating with suppliers and managing high-value inventory acquisitions. Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of Rolex models, references, authentication standards, and market valuation. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills. High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation capabilities. Ability to build and maintain trusted supplier relationships. Professional communication skills and discretion when handling high-value transactions. Working Standards: On-site presence required 5 days per week Ability to lift and handle items up to 20 pounds. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require. Standard office environment with periodic attendance at trade events, supplier locations, and retail sites. Range: $95,000 to $119,000 per year Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
