Job Description
HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Director of Perioperative Services at a hospital in the Los Angeles, CA area.
Responsibilities
Leading and motivating clinical staff to develop their expertise, knowledge, and skills
Directing and evaluating patient care activities to improve throughput
Collaborating and coordinating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of providing administrative and clinical leadership for all aspects of Perioperative Services
License: State of California RN license required
Certifications: BLS issued through the American Heart Association
Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft Office suite experience
Expenses covered while on assignment including housing, airfare, and rental car.
