General position summary: The Recruiter Sales & Revenue Talent is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of sales and revenue-generating roles, including field sales, account management, sales leadership, and other exempt level positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers, Sales leaders, and HR Business Partners to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in support of business growth objectives. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for sales-driven organizations and understands how to evaluate candidates based on performance indicators, selling competencies, and alignment with business and cultural expectations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales Recruiting Hiring Manager & HR Partnership Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development Candidate Experience & Compliance Metrics & Continuous Improvement Job Skills Required

Experience recruiting for field sales, account management, or customer-facing commercial roles. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience supporting geographically distributed or multi-market sales teams. Core Competencies

Sales-focused candidate screening and interviewing Relationship building with hiring managers and stakeholders Sourcing strategy and pipeline development Attention to detail and follow-through Personal accountability and adaptability in a metric-driven environment Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience recruiting sales, commercial, or revenue-generating roles strongly preferred. Working Conditions
