
Marketing Analyst, Insights & Analytics-USA Remote

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Marketing Analyst to support our Marketing organization and enable data‑driven decision making across the CMO’s leadership team. The role will partner with Marketing Strategy & Operations and Demand Generation, delivering insights that improve marketing performance, pipeline generation, and overall go‑to‑market effectiveness.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct in‑depth analyses across the marketing funnel, including upper funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, pipeline generation, and conversion metrics. Analyze marketing programs (e.g., digital campaigns, events, ABM, content) to evaluate ROI and identify optimization opportunities. Develop insights on lead quality, prospecting strategies, and funnel progression to improve demand generation outcomes. Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide visibility into marketing performance and key business drivers. Perform ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling to inform strategic decisions around targeting, channel mix, and budget allocation. Leverage AI‑powered tools and automation to accelerate analysis, uncover insights faster, and improve reporting efficiency. Executive & Stakeholder Support
Support and partner with Marketing Strategy & Operations, Demand Generation, and senior marketing stakeholders to understand business priorities and deliver actionable insights. Support the development of clear, executive‑ready insights and narratives that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. Support leadership with ongoing analysis of marketing performance, including proactive identification of issues and opportunities. Business Rhythm & Performance Reporting
Support core marketing operating cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews) with accurate data, insights, and storytelling. Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other executive presentations by synthesizing performance across campaigns, channels, and segments. Monitor pipeline creation and marketing contribution to revenue, ensuring alignment with company growth targets. Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure consistency in funnel definitions, attribution, and reporting. Optimization & Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve marketing measurement, attribution models, and reporting processes. Recommend and implement scalable analytics solutions that enhance visibility into marketing performance. Partner with data and analytics teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and self‑service capabilities. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance to ensure a holistic view of pipeline and bookings performance. Collaborate with analytics, data science, and data engineering teams to source, validate, and transform data for reporting and analysis. Act as a trusted advisor to marketing stakeholders, helping shape strategy through data. Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2–4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience supporting senior marketing leaders with data‑driven insights and recommendations. Core Competencies
Marketing Analytics Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics, demand generation, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates. Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI; familiarity with SQL or tools like Alteryx is a plus. Business Acumen: Ability to connect marketing performance metrics to broader business outcomes and revenue impact. Communication & Storytelling: Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling insights for executive audiences. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment and influencing senior stakeholders. Problem Solving & Process Orientation: Strong ability to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement in marketing analytics and reporting.
