Role Description Spire Building Supplies is growing, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX!
Warehouse Worker – $15–$17/hr
Manage hiring, onboarding, and employee records
Handle payroll support and HR policies
Maintain a positive workplace culture
Manage social media and online presence
Create marketing campaigns and promotions
Help grow brand awareness and customer base
Assist customers and drive sales
Build strong customer relationships
Meet sales targets and earn commission
Load/unload materials and organize inventory
Prepare and fulfill orders
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Strong work ethic and communication skills
Experience is a plus but not required
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a customer-centric approach to addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
Proven experience in Sales and a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Capabilities in Sales Management and Training, including mentoring and supporting team members
Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenges effectively and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work on-site in Grand Prairie, TX
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Experience or knowledge of building materials is a significant plus
