Responsibilities: * Read and interpret blueprints and plans * Measure, cut, and shape lumber into multiple structural components * Verify final work meets original specifications and is in compliance with building codes and regulations * Install cabinets, countertops, doors and hardware, and millwork * Maintain a clean, organized job site and dispose of waste material properly * Troubleshoot any problems and make repairs or adjustments where needed Required Skills: * Proficiency in reading blueprints * Ability to measure, cut and shape wood * Critical thinking * Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments Qualifications: * Sense of hustle * Willingness to learn Education Requirements: * High School diploma or GED Experience: * No specific requirement Employment Type: * Full Time Benefits: * 401K with 4% company match * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Paid time off (PTO) * Sign on bonus * Short term disability insurance Work Hours: * 1st Shift
