Senior Financial Analyst - FLMC DACH Region
Job Summary: If you are a Finance professional, Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work with our FP&A COE in Pune.

Responsibilities
Manage the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financials – Regional P&L, Balance Sheet as per US GAAP.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear variance explanations.
Perform variance analysis of actuals vs. forecasts/POR, identifying material variances and providing management with clear insights.
Prepare departmental SGA, CGS Cost Centre Analysis & identify key drivers.
Consolidate financial data from all sites (actuals, forecasts, headcount, memo accounts), ensuring completeness and robustness before submission.
Support on Annual Budgets, mid‑year reviews, and rolling forecast processes.
Prepare financial presentations, MIS to BU Leadership teams.
Drive process optimization initiatives to create efficiency.
Support on Costing and Inventory management – PPV, E&O Provision etc.
Provide statutory audit support and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Support in ad‑hoc requests.
Drive continuous process improvement culture within the group.
Qualifications
Finance Professional with minimum 5–7 years of work experience in FP&A Domain.
Hands‑on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
Analytical thinking ability and good team player.
Internal & External Stakeholder Management.
Cross‑functional interactions with Operations & Sales teams.
Self‑starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to processes.
Balance stakeholder perspective, situational adaptability, manages complexities & ambiguity.
Strong team player with creative thinking and strategic solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.
Qualified Chartered Accountant, CMA.
Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
System Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Hyperion Financial Management.
Power BI or related presentation tools.
