The SF office of this V50 Law firm is looking to add a mid-level 'Real Estate Finance' associate to their team ASAP.
They have had a fantastic 2025 and are now well placed to grow further in 2026.
What you'll be doing day-to-day
Advise clients on complex real estate financings, representing lenders and/or borrowers
Structure and negotiate joint venture agreements
Lead and support acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets
Manage transactions across multiple asset classes, including office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, client-focused solutions
Who we're looking for
3 to 6 years of solid
Real Estate Finance work
in a top law firm (ample hands-on diligence and drafting required)
Strong familiarity with all core aspects of RE transactions — you know how deals flow and what makes them tick
Excellent academic credentials and sharp analytical/writing skills
Admitted to the
California Bar
(or immediately admissible)
