This position is critical for managing legal agreements, ensuring compliance, and supporting the quote-to-cash workflow. Acting as a liaison between sales, legal, and other business units, the role enhances operational efficiency, reduces legal risk, and improves client experience. What You Will Get To Do: Contract Lifecycle Operations: Review and process redlines, work with attorneys, manage DocuSign envelopes, and ensure compliance with company policies. Contract Analysis: Interpret and communicate contract terms internally and externally. Act as the primary operational liaison on high-value transactions, collaborating with legal, sales, and, when necessary, clients. After execution, deliver a comprehensive deal summary to Finance and Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all downstream workflows. Document & Template Management: Maintain centralized repository, ensure templates follow approval processes, and communicate updates. Administrative Support: Respond to emails, handle correspondence, and assist with research and document preparation. Collaboration & Training: Partner with internal teams on client data and participate in stakeholder training sessions. What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in contract management or corporate legal administration. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with software contracts, amendments, statements of work, and order forms. Technical Skills MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe Professional.
