Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily, high-rise, mid-rise, wrap, and podium construction projects. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate project planning and execution. Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to determine project requirements. Evaluate and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate cost overruns and delays. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, construction materials, and labor costs. Provide support during the pre-construction phase, including value engineering and cost-saving recommendations. Ensure that all estimates comply with company and industry standards.
