The K Company is looking for experienced, high-energy Sheet Metal Foremen to join our growing Columbus team. We are an airside mechanical contractor delivering quality HVAC solutions for over 50 years in Northeast Ohio. Our Westerville office has been building a reputation for HVAC excellence for 6 years, and we're expanding rapidly in the Columbus market. At The K Company, we hire for life. What You'll Do: Lead and motivate crews to achieve production goals while keeping safety #1 Manage duct releases using cutting-edge 3D coordination technology on computers or iPads Participate in coordination huddles with BIM teammates to ensure smooth logistics Mentor apprentices and journeymen into future leaders Communicate schedule, manpower, and project updates to Project Managers Track installations, as-builts, and daily reports Monitor subcontractor progress and maintain organized, safe workspaces What We Offer: Overscale pay for experience Truck and gas card for work use Supportive, experienced management team Career growth opportunities Exposure to modern HVAC technology and innovative project coordination If you're ready to bring energy, leadership, and solutions to our Columbus projects, we want to hear from you!
