full‑time Service Advisor – Automotive Customer Service Rep

We’re Looking For a Team Player Ask yourself: Are you a team player? Do you have great communication and customer service skills? Are you attentive to detail? Can you prioritize your time and manage multiple tasks? Are you courteous and friendly? If so, we’d love to consider you for this position.
What Does Your Day Entail? This position works from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday. As a Service Advisor you will greet customers, discuss service or repairs, prioritize requests, offer options, keep customers informed about completion times, service costs, and any changes, and balance the schedule to optimize technician time and meet forecasted sales.
Requirements
1+ year of experience as a service writer in the auto repair industry
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
