QA Strategy Lead

Client located in Denver, Colorado (DTC) is seeking a QA Strategy Lead for a direct hire position. This person will spearhead the quality assurance process and efforts regarding a health insurance product on the healthcare exchange. They will lead a five-person team responsible for manually testing software, including helping with best practices and mentoring. This position is 70% lead and 30% hands-on.

CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE WITHIN THE STATE OF COLORADO.

Required Qualifications

Healthcare insurance software expertise (enrollment, broker portals, etc.)

Health insurance marketplace / Affordable Care Act (ACA) experience

SQL

Postman

Atlassian products - Jira / Xray

Selenium (planning to implement in the future)
