
Marketing Manager

ShirtSpace is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for ensuring campaigns are organized, delivered on time, and executed to a high standard, while maintaining clear and consistent brand messaging.

What You Will Do
Own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns from planning through launch
Manage campaign timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination
Ensure campaigns are built, reviewed, and ready ahead of deadlines
Maintain visibility into campaign status, risks, and dependencies
Evaluate campaigns for alignment with brand voice, messaging, and positioning
Identify when content or execution is off-brand and drive corrections
Apply and maintain brand standards across all marketing efforts
Partner with creative and marketing team members to deliver high-quality work
Improve marketing processes, workflows, and execution efficiency
Track campaign readiness and ensure all deliverables are completed
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve execution and messaging
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations
Proven ability to manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of brand voice, messaging, and customer-facing communication
Ability to recognize when marketing output is off-brand and take action to correct it
Strong organizational and project management skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience working with creative teams or cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated initiative and ownership in driving work forward
Reliable follow-through and a strong sense of accountability
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in ecommerce, retail, or digital marketing
Familiarity with marketing tools and project management systems (e.g., Monday.com)
